My skin has really been feeling the dryness and fire weather we’re experiencing in California. Besides making sure I stay extra hydrated by increasing my water intake, I’ve been inseparable with my face mists. Face mists are an easy way to stay refreshed and hydrated throughout the day. They are even better when stored in the fridge. Below, I’m sharing my 3 favorite face mists for dry weather and how I use them for different situations.
FOR SKIN THAT NEEDS EXTRA CARE
First up is Tower 28’s SOS Spray, which is the spray I use the most throughout the day and post showers. I give a full break down of this skin savior and what sets it apart from other sprays here. Long story short, this spray hydrates and soothes the skin with its simple 3 ingredient formula. There are no added fragrances, which explains the chlorine smell. Read this post to see other ways I use this product.

FOR AN AT HOME SPA EXPERIENCE
I use One Love Organics’ Vitamin D Moisture Mist as part of my nighttime skincare routine. This fine, lightweight mist is infused with so many good natural ingredients, like alpine rose, oleosomes, and shiitake mushroom. Together, these ingredients deliver and lock in hydration and help with the appearance of dull skin. On top of the skincare benefits, the subtle aromatic scent gives me an at home spa experience.

FOR A DEWY, HEALTHY LOOK
When my skin is feeling good and I want to achieve a dewy no make up look, I reach for Rael’s Creamy Moisture Mist. As far as hydration goes, this mist provides an ample amount with its H3O Hyaluronic Acid Complex. What sets this mist apart for me is that it actually gives a glow effect, something I’ve always looked for in a mist but never found. It’s similar to Laneige’s Cream Skin Mist, but I prefer this brand since Laneige is not cruelty free.

MISTS I WANT TO TRY
I’ve tried a handful of other facial sprays that aren’t worth mentioning due to bad ingredients, such as added fragrances. The three above have been the best in terms of ingredients and results. Below are a few other facial mists I want to try. Do you have any favorite facial sprays?
