I love a good sale, especially Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale, but the sale is definitely not what it used to be. With so many bloggers buying and loving what seems like everything, it can leave a girl feeling overwhelmed and pressured to buy more than she can afford. In recent years, I’ve tried to focus on versatility and need. So with that being said, don’t feel the need to buy everything, just buy the best. Today, I’m sharing 10 items from the Nordstrom Sale I have and love that are worth purchasing.

Being from an Asian household, we have tons of slippers to wear around the house and these UGG ones are a family favorite. Even though these are lined with shearling, these slippers are good for summer and even more perfect during winter time. They also last forever. I’ve had the same ones for I don’t even know how long. I’m between 6.5-7 and I have my slippers in a size 7 (keep in mind mine are from more than 5 years ago), but Nordstrom recommends to order next size down if you are in between sizes.
I am totally biased when it comes to this sweater because I wore it the day my fiance proposed! For real though, this is the perfect sweater. I love the slouchy fit and how you can wear it with bottoms or on its own, which you can see here. It’s super soft and warm. My sweater is size XS and I still have a ton of room. Size down if you don’t want it to be too large.
I got this in a black and white striped pattern during last year’s sale (see here) and it’s one of the basics I wear the most. It’s nothing special, but the price is so good for something you’ll wear often. I’ve had it for a year now and after many washes it hasn’t shrunk or developed holes. It’s true to size, so get your normal tee size.
I bought this Madewell sweater coat years ago, so it means something that it keeps coming back year after year. I have it in a camel color and it’s my favorite every day coat. It’s so cozy and versatile. It runs big, so size down.
I got this suede moto jacket in brown a few years ago at regular price. I think it’s so chic and makes any outfit look put together. Even though I only wear mine a few times a year, I think it’s well worth the price. A size S is the perfect fit for me. If you are between sizes, I’d size up.
You might have seen me talk about this exfoliator here. It is pricey, but your skin will be baby soft afterwards and it will leave you feeling like you just got a professional facial.
I got this bra during last year’s sale after reading so many rave reviews about it. I got my usual bra size, but this year the website says to size up in band and cup size.
These faux leather leggings are great. Spanx was nice enough to send me a pair for a campaign last fall and I got them in size XS. It is a little constricting, so I might have been able to size up. These leggings are my go to when I want to elevate my look while still being lazy and casual.
I bought this rug in Pink Fuschia last year and I love it! The size 5 ft. x 7ft. 6 in. is perfect for a bedroom or living room. The color is more of a blush pink instead of fuschia. It’s a super feminine rug that holds up well. Quality rugs are expensive, so grab this one if you’re looking for a nice rug at a lower price point.
This facial toning kit is at such a great price right now. I have the mini one and saw great results from consistent use. I haven’t used it in a while and definitely need to get back to it. This would be a great option for my bride-to-be’s to help you get ready for your big day.
