It’s finally cozy weather in Southern California. In my opinion, jackets and sweaters are the best part of any fall wardrobe. Today, I’m sharing fall jackets under $200 that will keep you warm and cozy throughout the season. Some big trends you’ll see this season are shackets, faux leather, quilted fabrics, shearling, and plaid.

I’ve been living in cozy outerwear these past two weeks as the weather has cooled down. I’m either in my Z Supply quilted jacket or Free People pullover. Both are great for working at home and going for walks, which is really all I do these days. I wear both in a size S, but I could’ve gone down a size in the Z Supply jacket. If I want to look more presentable while staying comfortable, I’ll put on my BB Dakota shacket. I wear a size XS and it’s still nice and roomy. Check back here and here as certain sizes come back into stock. Below are other cozy jacket options to keep you warm and comfortable at home or out and about this fall.
When I feel like dressing up, I’ll throw on a classic jacket. Classic jackets, such as blazers and trench coats, are timeless and versatile. Lately, if I’m not in something cozy then I’m in my Mango faux leather jacket. The size small is perfectly tailored on me, but there is no room for layering. This season, you’ll find a lot of patterns and belt options mixed into these classic jackets, like this plaid blazer and this belted jacket. Check out these other timeless jackets below.
