One of the best things about summer is all the fun festivities. Summer is full of celebration – weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, fun events. This summer, I’ve had my fair share of dress hunting. I attended my first blogger event with RewardStyle and celebrated my 5 year anniversary with Tim, along with several birthday celebrations. I got this Lovers + Friends dress in my usual XS. The chest area is a little baggy while the arms are snug. The chest area honestly fit so awkwardly, but this dress is just too pretty to pass up! The photos on the model show a blush pink, but in reality the dress is a bit brighter. What I love most about this dress is how flowy it is and the metallic dot accents! I felt so feminine and flirty when wearing it, perfect for mine and Tim’s 5 year anniversary. The dress wrinkles super easily, but a little steaming does the trick.

Pair your party dress with a little straw bag for a summer vibe, like I did here. I’d usually wear one of my Chanel WOC bags when I dress up, but I wanted to keep things light and summery.
